Last day in Rome

Tomorrow we are packing our bags and heading to Montefiascone, where we will see a castle and stay for a day or two, admiring the Italian countryside. While all that sounds wonderful, we are all dreading scouring our Airbnb for all the things we’ve probably lost over the past weeks. And of course we will miss Rome, but all of us kids have seen enough glamorous churches and famous museums to last us forever. Maybe not though, since the next month and a half will inevitably lead to more of those, especially with my dad and Rick Steves as your tour guide.
