Gelato!!!!!

We’ve discovered the difference between good gelato and bad gelato. Well I mean no gelato is bad gelato but good gelato and better gelato. So basically the ones in metal cans are supposedly better because they are being kept fresh while the ones piled up in big display cases are usually made from a paste and are not as fresh. We also found that Venchi’s is a chain gelato place and while they do have the occasional chocolate wall, their gelato is not very good and it is usually crowded. The picture above is a gelato place in Rome that passed the test and is a five minute walk from our new apartment!
