Best tip of the day

Forgot to mention our best tip of the day. Thanks again to Rick Steves we figured out how to skip the lengthy lines into St. Mark’s Basilica, by storing our bags at the baggage claim just to the left of the Basilica (they will hold them for 1 hour and have space for even our big backpacking bags) and then taking the luggage storage ticket to the front entrance and they let us right in!
