Gelato!

Thanks to Rick Steve’s we learned that the best Gelato is sold from artisan shops that store their gelato in closed silver canisters rather than piled high in tubs in open display cases. We finally found an artisan shop today after eating at several other non-artisan shops and our conclusion is we just love it all! Maybe our taste will eventually become more refined. We have lots of days to still consume and we haven’t missed a day yet!
